Since you all are aware of the NEP 2020, so what do you think, Is that going to affect our Indian education policy, Will this going to have a positive or a negative impact on our society or country. Let's make a deep dive into the positive and negative impacts of it, and what it is, if you all don’t know about it.

So finally during its COVID-2019, a number of things happened, so this change in education policy is among one of them. This step is required as the education was just being a certificate gaining source, where each student was filling it one day before the exam, and on the other day, they were just spitting it out of mind those things into the paper, without having the knowledge of the real implementation. Then at the end of every year, they receive the outcome of exams in the form of a mark sheet.

With previous education policy the hobbies of a student, his likes, his dislikes nothing was judged but yes they were allowed to keep passing the classes so one day he/she could do engineering/MBBS/CA and many more. The children were unknown about the areas where they can do best, as a result, their childhood mark sheet went to the trash and when he gets to know about it, then it gets late for him to showcase.

But with the new Education Policy, all these demerits will get resolved as this will not only provide the type of knowledge which a student needs but also will help a student to know the areas of his interest from the junior level.
Now this policy includes (5+3+3+4) plan which includes the following
** For children of 3 to 6 years: Access to free, safe, high-quality ECCE(Early childhood children education)at Anganwadis /Preschool
**For children of 6 to 8: Grade 1–2: Foundational Stage
**For children of 8 to 11: Grades 3–5: Preparatory Stage, play, discovery, and activity-based and interactive classroom learning.
**For children of Age 11–14: Grade 6–8: Middle Stage, experiential learning in the sciences, mathematics, arts, social sciences, and humanities.
**For children of Age 14–18: Grade 9–12: Secondary Stage, multidisciplinary study, greater critical thinking, flexibility and student choice of subjects
**The Medium of instruction up to grade 5, and preferably till Grade 8 and beyond, will be home language or mother-tongue or local language

So, basically this change in education policy will help a student to know the areas of his interest whether it is a subject or it is the hobbies. Now you all tell me if Kapil Dev would have gone for fashion designing or a singer, do you think he would have got that name and fame. The answer is no right, so that's what I am telling that if a person will know where he can perform well instead of going with the crowd then maybe that person will perform fabulously and could make the country feel proud of him and remember him forever and ever.

Now, these are my thoughts, what do you all think please do comments and let me know what do you think about this new Education Policy (NEP 2020).

Thanks for reading.
